If you have bought from JungleBotanics, you can share your experience using the feedback form on a product page. Please include your order number where available and choose whether you give permission to publish your feedback and display name.
How reviews are published
We welcome honest positive and negative feedback based on a genuine customer experience. Fake or invented reviews are not permitted. Reviews are checked before publication, and we may ask for order information or other evidence of the experience described. A review is described as a verified purchase only when it has been matched to a genuine order.
Any payment, free product or other benefit associated with a review must be disclosed. We do not require a positive rating in exchange for an incentive. Ratings and review counts, when displayed, are based on the genuine reviews published on the site; demonstration reviews are not included.
Reviews may be withheld or removed where they are invented, misleading, unrelated to a genuine experience, abusive, or contain personal information that should not be public. A negative rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. Your email address and order details are used to follow up about your feedback and are not displayed publicly.
