We want plants supplied by JungleBotanics to reach you in the condition reasonably expected for live horticultural material. Because live plants are perishable and can respond quickly to changes in temperature, light, humidity and handling, problems on arrival should be reported promptly.
If a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order details together with clear photographs of the plant, its packaging and any visible parcel damage. This allows us to assess whether the issue occurred in transit and determine the appropriate resolution.
Live plants and change-of-mind returns
Live plants are perishable goods and may not be suitable for ordinary change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not supplied as required by law.
After delivery
Plant condition can change rapidly after arrival. Damage caused after delivery by unsuitable temperatures, watering, light, humidity, repotting, pests introduced after delivery, or other growing conditions is not considered transit damage.
Returning an item
Please contact JungleBotanics before sending any item back. Where a return is appropriate, we will provide the relevant instructions. Do not return a live plant without contacting us first.
Delivery delays
If a plant has been affected by a carrier delay, contact us with photographs when it arrives. We will assess the condition of the plant and, where relevant, pursue the matter with the delivery carrier.
