- Standard delivery: £4.99
- Free standard delivery: orders of £50 or more

Dispatch
Live plant orders are normally dispatched Monday to Wednesday. Limiting dispatch later in the week helps reduce the chance of plants being held in the postal network over a weekend.
Live plant packaging
Plants are packed with care for transit. Because plants are living material, some minor movement, cosmetic leaf damage or temporary stress can occasionally occur during shipping.
Weather
Extreme temperatures can affect live plants in transit. Where appropriate, dispatch may be delayed when weather conditions create an unreasonable risk to the plant. Any optional cold-weather protection shown at checkout or on a product listing should be selected where appropriate for the conditions.
Delays and damaged parcels
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after dispatch. If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you are concerned about the condition of a plant on arrival, please contact JungleBotanics promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the plant and packaging so we can assess the issue.
