Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order from Jungle Botanics Ltd. As many of our products are live plants, our returns policy reflects both the perishable nature of plants and your rights under UK consumer law.
Live plants
Some live plants are liable to deteriorate rapidly and may be exempt from the standard cancellation right that applies to many online purchases. Where that exemption applies, we do not normally accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. Where an exemption does not apply, applicable cancellation rights remain available. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before dispatch so we can check whether your order can be stopped.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Damage in transit or problems on arrival
Please inspect your plant as soon as possible after delivery. If it arrives significantly damaged, incorrect, or with another problem, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include clear photographs of:
• the plant
• the packaging
• any visible damage
This allows us to assess what has happened and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
Plants are living products and minor cosmetic differences, natural variation, small imperfections, or limited stress associated with transport do not necessarily mean a plant is faulty. Variegation, leaf size, colour and growth pattern can also naturally vary unless a specific individual plant is explicitly offered for sale.
Non-live products
For eligible non-perishable goods purchased online, consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under UK consumer law. After notifying us of a valid cancellation, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.
Returned goods should be kept in reasonable condition. Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted non-live goods.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Delivery charges and refund timing for eligible cancellations
For a valid cancellation of the whole order, we refund the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery service we offered. If you selected a more expensive service, the additional cost of that service is not included in the cancellation refund.
We issue eligible cancellation refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.
You may handle goods as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for those checks, as allowed by law.
How to cancel
Email junglebotanics@hotmail.com with your order number and tell us which goods you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. A request to contact us before returning goods does not limit a statutory cancellation right.

The postal address above is for cancellation notices and company correspondence. Contact us for return instructions before sending goods back.
Cancellation refunds are made without undue delay. If no goods have been supplied or we have offered to collect the returned goods, the cancellation refund is due within 14 days after you tell us you wish to cancel.
