Scindapsus Rubicon

Scindapsus Rubicon is an unusual collector Scindapsus grown for patterned foliage and a climbing growth habit. It is suited to growers looking for less common aroids beyond the more widely available Scindapsus forms.

Choose your option

• Fresh cutting: A fresh, unrooted cutting for you to root and establish.
• Established plant: An established, rooted plant.

Choose your preferred option using the size selector. Photographs illustrate the plant's foliage; the fresh cutting option is not the full plant pictured. Natural differences in foliage and variegation are expected.

Scindapsus Rubicon care

Provide bright, indirect light with stable warmth. Avoid abruptly moving protected foliage into intense direct sunlight.

Watering and substrate

Use an open, aerated substrate with reliable drainage. Water thoroughly when required, then allow the upper portion to begin drying. The aim is to retain useful moisture without keeping the root zone continuously saturated.

Humidity, support and growth

Moderate to high humidity can support active growth, but higher humidity slows substrate drying. Adjust watering to the actual environment and maintain useful airflow. Vertical support can encourage more mature climbing growth.

Propagation

Scindapsus Rubicon can be propagated from stem material containing a viable node. During rooting, maintain cutting hydration while preserving air space around the wounded stem and developing roots.
